In 2017, I used fly fishing line to stitch up a few wallets. Hand-stitching the fly fishing line caused a lot of stress on my wrists due to the thickness of the thread, so it is no longer an option.
I grew up fly fishing for carp in the golf course ponds of Williamsburg, VA using grass on a hook as bait. I haven't spent much time fishing in the last few years, but I love to fish so this was a really fun project for me.
